How to use
- Chew on tooth tablet.
- Begin to brush with a wet toothbrush.
- Rinse.
- Repeat twice daily.
We highly recommend the use of a tongue cleaner, the charcoal infused into each toothpaste tablet settles on the tongue as you brush, this allows the adsorption of toxins and bacteria from the biofilm.
