• What is included in the kit?
    Our Premium Plus Whitening Kit includes all you would require in order to effectively whiten your teeth in the comfort and convenience of your own home. The kit includes our new wowerful 16 LED home teeth whitening light, a pre stain accelerant solution and teeth whitening gels for teeth whitening, along with our deep clean foam and an added bonus of a free teeth whitening pen.
  • How many times do I have to use the kit in order to achieve results?
    Results can be noticed immediately after a single 16 minute session, however we suggest using our simple 8-step teeth whitening process over 7 consecutive days to obtain maximum benefit. Depending on the individual an average of 2 to 8 shades lighter is normal.
  • How do Whitengo teeth whitening kits work?
    Our unique two-part whitening system utilises a new powerful 16 led home teeth whitening light. The light emitted from this device is at a wavelength of 480nm, which is optimum to set off a chemical reaction called oxidisation. Oxidisation results in the breakdown of the whitening gel and the effective release stain bursting oxygen molecules, these penetrate deep inside our tooth enamel and remove intrinsic stains resulting in whiter, brighter teeth.
  • How do I use the teeth whitening kit?
    Instructions are included along with a useful paper shade guide. Begin by brushing the tooth surfaces with our blue foam swab which has been saturated with the pre-stain accelerant solution, then dispense the whitening gel onto a soft bristled toothbrush and brush the gel over the tooth surface. Plug the 16 LED light to activate with smartphone device. Place the silicone mouth tray into your mouth and bite, conduct a 16 minute session with the light and then remove and rinse your mouth out with warm water.
  • Will it make my teeth sensitive?
    Our teeth whitening gel is formulated to ensure that tooth sensitivity is kept to a minimum.
  • Can I share my kit with a friend or partner?
    The whitening gel and pre stain accelerant solution can be shared, however for hygiene reasons we do not recommend sharing the 16 LED home teeth whitening light.
  • Can I use a teeth whitening kit with braces?
    It is not recommended to conduct any form of tooth whitening whilst wearing braces, wait until these are removed.
  • Does the kit whiten caps and veneers?
    Our formula is devised to whiten natural teeth, caps and veneers will not whiten but will look cleaner as any surface stains on these will be removed.
  • Does teeth whitening work on crooked teeth?
    Yes. The mouth tray is suitable for all kinds of smiles and the kit won’t leave some teeth whiter than others. The teeth whitening pen can help you to manually whiten, too.
  • Is excessive saliva a problem when whitening?
    No, a build-up of saliva is natural and won’t affect the whitening. Simply spit into the sink if you feel a build-up.
  • Is there an expiry date for the gels?
    Yes. The whitening gels usually have up to 2 years shelf life.
  • Where is the best place to store the gels?
    We recommend that you store them in a cool, dry place.
